Founder Sylvia Bailey comes to the spa world from a distinguished career in health care, which inspired her to create a business devoted to self-care and well-being. With over twenty years of senior management experience, two master’s degrees – one in Engineering and one from Yale Medical School – leadership positions in hospital and health plan administration, as well as over twenty-five years of community service, Sylvia says she was motivated to leave a “sick care” system to start a “well care” spa in an industry that provides prevention, rejuvenation, and harmony.
The therapists and management of Aspenfalls have come together for a reason – to make a difference in the lives of people who walk in their door helping them regain and maintain optimal wellbeing. And, since you will be part of the Aspenfalls family, you will be treated, as such, with courtesy and respect.

Gift Cards
Aspenfalls gift cards are available in-spa, online, by mail, and via overnight delivery. There is a small postage and handling charge for gift certificates sent by mail. Purchase a Gift Card by clicking here to place your order on our secure site 24 hours a day.
Group and Corporate Event
For parties of six or more we provide the coordination services of our designated group concierge to ensure your event is a success. A group discount of 10% will be given when the total is more than $750 per day. This does not include gratuities.

If you are out of your favorite spa products, but too busy to visit, send us an email to info@aspenfallsspa.com and have the products delivered right to your door. We ship throughout the world.

Aspenfalls Spa donates 10% of its profits each year to health and wellness causes. Our mission is to assist you in regaining and maintaining optimum wellbeing.
Cancellation Protocol
We ask that all appointments be guaranteed by a credit card, gift certificate number, or prepayment. For reservations totaling less than two hours, we ask 24 hours notice in the event of a cancellation. For services totaling two hours or more, we require 48 hours notice. If full notice is not provided, and your appointments are unfilled, there is a cancellation fee equivalent to 50% of the services reserved. We make every possible effort to fill vacated appointments and avoid a billing. As a courtesy, we make a confirmation call 48 hours in advance of your individual appointment; we confirm two hour+ reservations a week in advance.
We must ask that you assume full responsibility for honoring your reservation. We sincerely appreciate your consideration in honoring our cancellation protocol. Good schedule management is one of the reasons our spa attracts top therapists, who in turn provide the best quality service for our guests. Thank you for your understanding.
