Paths to Well-Being

Don't have time to retreat to a destination spa and just focus on taking care of yourself? Have your health, wellness, and personal appearance goals been difficult to achieve? Aspenfalls brings the results-oriented programs of a wellness spa to the day spa setting with our Paths to well-being program.

Paths are six to twelve-week programs designed to help you achieve your wellness and personal image goals. We begin with a private consultation to assess your Mind-Body "type" and its sensitivities, strengths and weaknesses. We consider lifestyle factors, including sleep, work habits, nutrition and exercise. Then we tailor the Path to your needs, combining specially selected spa treatments, consultations, education and self care.

With your specially trained Guide, you'll design a program that fits your needs, schedule and budget. You'll work with our team of spa professionals, who represent an array of wellness and personal appearance disciplines.

Instead of compressing a renewal program into a week, as you would at an in-residence spa, you'll integrate self care into "real life," for a more lasting effect on your well-being and appearance. Regardless of the Path you choose, much of our emphasis is on teaching you self-care skills that will enable you to assume control of your own well-being. Self care is combined with expert spa treatments and cosmetic medical procedures, if desired.

PATH #1: LOVE YOUR BODY

This 8 to 12 week holistic weight management, body transformation and fitness Path integrates Mind and Body to achieve results that are balanced, sustainable and very gratifying. PATH #2: THE PEACEFUL PATH

If you suffer from extreme stress, you're being robbed of your well-being. Some physicians consider stress to be the root cause of up to 90% of all illness. This Path will create an oasis of relief with hands-on treatments and wellness consultations. PATH #3: NEW MOTHERS' PATH

Pregnancy is a time of dramatic physical and emotional changes. This extraordinary program provides support and nurturing during pregnancy and post-partum. Mother and baby will benefit-partners, too! PATH #4: WISE WOMAN'S WAY

For menopause, perimenopausal changes and PMS, this program is a natural way to encourage Mind-Body balance. Our goal: a positive and healthy relationship with your body. You'll enjoy a marvelous series of nurturing spa treatments and learn about alternative approaches for achieving hormonal equilibrium, through home care as well as proper nutrition.
