Paths to Well-Being
Don't have time to retreat to a destination spa and just focus on taking care of yourself? Have your health, wellness, and personal appearance goals been difficult to achieve? Aspenfalls brings the results-oriented programs of a wellness spa to the day spa setting with our Paths to well-being program. Paths are six to twelve-week programs designed to help you achieve your wellness and personal image goals. We begin with a private consultation to assess your Mind-Body "type" and its sensitivities, strengths and weaknesses. We consider lifestyle factors, including sleep, work habits, nutrition and exercise. Then we tailor the Path to your needs, combining specially selected spa treatments, consultations, education and self care. With your specially trained Guide, you'll design a program that fits your needs, schedule and budget. You'll work with our team of spa professionals, who represent an array of wellness and personal appearance disciplines. Instead of compressing a renewal program into a week, as you would at an in-residence spa, you'll integrate self care into "real life," for a more lasting effect on your well-being and appearance. Regardless of the Path you choose, much of our emphasis is on teaching you self-care skills that will enable you to assume control of your own well-being. Self care is combined with expert spa treatments and cosmetic medical procedures, if desired.
